This is an exceptionally rare fully signed DVD, with only one known example of this combination in existence.
Condition: Jonathan Breck, Kevin Ball, and Victor Salva have hand signed the original DVD insert, not the plastic case. The complete DVD, including the case, insert, and disc, remains in Good Condition with minor handling wear, if any.
Certification: Certified by JSA Authentication Services. The JSA Tamper-Evident Hologram is affixed to the insert and is accompanied by a Matching JSA Certificate of Authenticity Card. The autograph can also be verified through the JSA online authentication database using the hologram number.
