This limited edition piece was reproduced from an original Doctor Strange commission and was personally signed by Sinnott in July of 2017. Comes certified authentic by JSA (James Spence Authentication), complete with tamper-proof sticker and matching certificate.
Joe Sinnott (1926–2020) was one of the most respected and influential inkers in comic book history. Over his six-decade career with Marvel, he brought life and clarity to the work of countless pencilers. He is best known for his iconic run on Fantastic Four (1965–1981) with Jack Kirby and also worked on The Avengers, Thor, The Defenders, and many more. Stan Lee once called Sinnott Marvel’s most in-demand inker, saying, “Having Joe Sinnott ink their artwork was tantamount to grabbing the brass ring.”
