Talk about rare! This Neca Toony Terrors autographed Action Figure was hand signed by the legend Terry Ballard himself in person in the summer of 2022. Terry Ballard was on the creative prop team that helped bring us the Jason Hockey Mask! Terry has declined all convention invites and private signings. Only one of these exist signed by Terry. Comes certified by JSA Authentication Services. Good overall condition mint on card figure.
